The Tron is a professional and high-performing UAV that offers outstanding efficiency and elegance. The system has been designed to flexibly, quickly, and safely integrate different sensors in order to meet the needs of a variety of applications.

The high quality standards of Quantum-Systems combined with the extremely simple operating concept and high aerodynamic efficiency make the Tron unique among all other existing drones. To meet these high demands, the Tron was designed from the outset as a fully-electric transition aircraft.

Our transitioning technology combines long range and efficiency with the ability to vertically take off and land (VTOL) without additional equipment.


A push of a button is enough and the Tron will do its assigned job. The remote controller has a clean layout without confusing switches and levers. The Tron and the remote controller work together seamlessly to get your job done automatically, while still providing emergency override capabilities.

Thanks to Quantum’s sophisticated VTOL design, your investment is never in danger due to a flawed hand launch or a rough belly landing.


The carbon fiber composite structure and extended wing span of 3.5 m (11.5 ft) enable the Tron to fly longer and in even stronger wind conditions than would be possible with any other electric UAV carrying the same payload. We dedicated many hours to optimize the wing geometry to push the glide ratio to an astounding 22:1!


The Tron has a 2-kg (4.4-pound) payload capacity for large sensor capabilities. Tron’s payload bay offers enough room to accommodate many types of sensors and allows you to gather massive amounts of data in less time.

The VTOL capability, vibration dampening, and secure housing keep the data quality at a high level and protect even the most fragile sensor arrays.


Combining VTOL and fixed wing capabilities into an easy to use system gives you flexible operating areas and the ability to map larger areas than has ever been possible with conventional multicopters.

Blending the best parts of both multicopters and airplanes into one simple robust system was our goal from the initial concept to the completed design.The Tron is our heavy-payload solution for special applications.

We designed every part of the Tron with your mission in mind. From the finish of the airframe construction, to the layout of the circuit boards, our in-house development team enables us to be in control of every system and guarantee the highest performance with no drawbacks.

Training Program

We offer a two day basic training course to help you get the best out of the Tron. You will get your hands on the system, plan example missions and fly them. The training sessions will cover aerodynamic topics, correct handling and local legal aspects.

We will teach you how to assemble and disassemble your Tron, charge your batteries and execute basic maintenance. These two fully packed days include an introduction into all relevant technical parts and extensive software training by our qualified specialists.

Custom Payload

The Tron with its large payload compartment offers additional space and customers made use of this by integrating bigger and more sensors than it would be possible with other UAVs.

This is an example for a custom integration with a total of 3 cameras featuring 8 objectives for advanced agricultural research applications.
