Quantum-Systems is an upcoming, international operating company that develops UAVs. Thereby all main (sub)systems including the aircraft, the autopilot, the sensor integration and the ground control station of the VTOL fixed-wing drones are developed in-house. For our main office in Gilching / Munich we are currently seeking a highly-motivated Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support the company’s plans of winning more international customers and increasing member-to-member relationships.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute of our sales strategy in a structured manner with clear turnover and result responsibility in your sales region
  • Responsible for the entire contract phase from customer acquisition to contract conclusion
  • Expand your sales region by actively acquiring new customers and generating additional sales from existing customer relationships
  • Establish and preserve long-term partnerships with key players in the market
  • First point of contact of all sales relevant questions of your customers and leads in your sales region
  • Closely monitor market trends and competitors in your sales region and independently optimize your sales activities
  • Plan and conduct trade shows and other sales generating activities (e.g. flight demo with data post processing) in your sales region
  • Maintain customer data and sales activities in our CRM-System in a disciplined manner
  • Frequent reporting of your turnover and sales activities in your sales region


Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong sales personality with high affinity to strategic thinking and acting
  • Completed education or studies in the area of surveying (e.g. geodetics, cartography, geo informatics) or (unmanned) aviation are beneficial
  • Work experiences in the field of sales are necessary (preferably with relevant contacts in the industry)
  • Strong communication skills and committed team player with assertiveness and intercultural competency
  • High conceptual and analytical skills
  • Strong willingness to travel and high degree of self-organization
  • Business fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are helpful
  • Knowledgeable in MS-Office applications and CRM systems
